GHETTO ZOUK DANCE AND KIZOMBA

Ghetto Zouk Dance and Kizomba are beautiful, sensual couple dances originally from Africa. I dance Kizomba for many years and I started to teach Kizomba in Prague in 2012. In 2015 I created Ghetto Zouk Dance which I successfully bring to the wide audience.

  • DANCE SHOW (approx 3 min)
    – theme dance show with my dance partner. I have prepared several dance choreographies – mix with scenic dance and singing.
    – dance shows can be prepared tailor-made to the specific type of the event
  • DANCE ANIMATION (15 – 30 min)
    – short dance animation with involvement or participants in a fun way
  • DANCE WORKSHOP (30 min, 60 min, 90 min)
    – dance class for participants of all levels from pure beginners to advanced
  • REGULAR CLASS (60 min, 90 min)
    – classes are dedicated in practicing not only basic to advanced dance steps and figures but mainly technique, dynamics, musicality and music interpretation
    – suitable for dance schools and dance studios mainly based in Prague but I can come to teach in any city in Czech Republic
  • PRIVATE CLASS (60 min, 90 min)
    – for those, who prefers an individual approach
  • INTENSIVE WORKSHOP (from 60 min +)
    – intensive workshop is open for dancers who want to sharpen their skills to get that much needed boost to their confidence and dancing
  • BOOT CAMP (from 300 min +)
    – very intense dancing classes for those who have a deeper knowledge of dance

Are you looking for someone to help you reduce body fat, lose weight, to gain muscle mass, be in a good shape or to get rid of the pain? Or do you just need some advice? Feel free to contact me! Since 2013 I work as a certified personal fitness trainer based in a fitness studio Kentoya Fitness.

  • INITIAL CONSULTATION (60 min)
    – basic questions about your exercise goals, your health condition, your experience with exercise, physical examination – flexibility, coordination – a suitable training plan
  • PERSONAL TRAINING (60 min)
    – according to the training plan (initial warm-up, stretching, major exercises and stretching)
  • ASSISTANCE TRAINING (60 min)
    – explanation of the training plan, familiarization with the machines – explanation of the exercises
    and technology, what to watch out, what you’re doing wrong, whether the exercise is appropriate
  • CIRCUIT TRAINING (20 – 120min)
    – training develops speed, explosiveness, endurance, and strength. This effective exercise will help you achieve a luxurious body shape. In addition, you will leave with a clean head and endorphin charged.
  • STRETCHING (30 – 60min)
    – an effective method that can naturally and gently prepare the muscles for increased stress (sport) or also for the ordinary functioning of our body
  • ONLY TRAINING PLAN
    – overview of exercises, number of sets and repetitions

OTHER

I actively dance and sport for many years, in 2018 I started to write my own songs and start performing. I like to work with open-minded and creative people and work on new dance choreography for a different kind of project. I also love music, I like to sing and MC and entertain at the party. I have experience with acting in a theatre, beatbox opera, commercials and organizing events.

I like challenging projects where I can use my creativity and creating new things.

  • SINGING
    – in 2018 I launched my first Ghetto Zouk music tracks and working on more. I not only sing but also write lyrics
